The wrap is easy to use and simple.
However, I personally did not like it because unlike the usual wrap this does not stretch to arms and stops at the shoulders. It doesn’t distribute the weight evenly like the usual wraps, so for my back pain it wasn’t supportive. I prefer the usual single piece wrap.
