Yes, pre-order is a feature we are offering to insure you get the item you want once its back in stock.

There is warranty only against manufacturer defects or a full warranty for specific items which have an international warranty.

No, we are allowing delivery only, no pickup.

Breast milk pumping items if seal is broken.
Items with a damaged retail box or broken seal.

1- Send an Email with your issue to info@qatarmoms.com.

You will receive a complain number to track it.

2- If the complain was a quality issue, we will invistigate and send the complain to the supplier and send you the results and action taken within 1 week and refund if applicable.

3- If the complain was a customer service issue we will invistigate and correct the issue and reach you back within 3 days with the the invistigation report.

4- All kinds of complains will be replied and within 1 week and customer should inform us if he wishes to close the complain, otherwise it will be kept open and followed up until its closed.
