Just used these for my 3rd c-section and I wish I knew about these from the first time. Very wide design, to allow the maternity pads to fit properly and the material is very soft. The most important is the fabric design, that is loose at the wound's area, preventing the material from sticking on the stitches, and also preventing the medication applied during recovery from sticking on the fabric. This is a MUST, while recovering from a c-section.
